Since I grew up in Texas, its only fitting that I prepare one of my childhood favorites.  I did add a little twist to it to make it extra special, yet still preserve the essence of Texmex.

This is just another one of my favorite family meals. It reminds me of my dad who would make chili for us growing up. It’s so warm, zesty, and full of Texas (with a twist)

Discover the taste of New Orleans. This dish convinced my future in-laws to let me marry their daughter 24 years ago.  Of course, I was trying to impress. I think everyone needs to have this recipe in their top 10.
